Supplier Info: This medium-sized supplier is based in Delhi and employs fifty craftspeople of whom twenty are factory workers, five work from home and the remainder are sub-contractors. The team is made up of highly-trained and skilled individuals who are experts in their corresponding fields. Employees are provided with loans and advances if necessary dependent upon individual requirements and they collectively celebrate all festivals at work. Employees are given a bonus and gifts on their own respective festivals. They currently harvest rain water at their factory and are always working on improving the already good working conditions in the factory as they believe in providing a healthy and clean environment for all of their employees. Their hopes and dreams are to make it into the top ten Indian handicraft export companies and state that they are proud of the quality of their products.
